These terms cover your use of the Juniper & Doors website, operated by Juniper & Doors, LLC. They are not a property-management agreement and not a lease. If we later sign a management agreement or a lease with you, that contract controls the work — not this page.
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t, don’t use the site. You must be 18 or older.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Acceptable use
Use the site for lawful, ordinary browsing and to submit forms about your own inquiry. Don’t scrape, overload, or interfere with the site. Don’t submit false information or impersonate someone else.
Listings, fees, and calculators
Rental listings, availability, photos, and advertised rent can change and are not an offer to lease. A lease exists only when it is signed.
Owner fees on this site are the published numbers we use today. A signed management agreement controls the actual fees.
Calculators on this site produce estimates. They are not financial, tax, or legal advice.

Text messages
If you opt in, Juniper & Doors, LLC may send customer-care text messages about your inquiry and our property-management services, including follow-up, scheduling, and (if you become an owner, resident, or vendor) maintenance and application updates. We do not use this program for marketing blasts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to opt out. After you text STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected] or call (208) 555-0142.
Consent is not required to use the site or to request a rental report. You confirm you are the mobile account holder or have that person’s permission to enroll the number.

Third-party sites
Links to other sites, maps, or a future owner or resident portal are not covered by these terms. Those services have their own terms and policies.
Our content
The text, design, and images on this site belong to Juniper & Doors, LLC or our licensors. Don’t copy them for your own site or product.
As-is
We run this site as a convenience. We do not warrant that it is error-free or always available. Listings and other content may be incomplete or out of date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Idaho law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any liability Idaho law does not let us limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ada County, Idaho, have exclusive venue for disputes about these terms or this website.
