Privacy Policy

Juniper & Doors, LLC (“Juniper & Doors,” “we,” “us”) operates this marketing website. This policy covers the site and the forms on it. It does not cover a future owner or resident portal — that will have its own policy from the company that hosts it.

What we collect

You give us information when you fill out a form:

• Rental report: name, email, phone (optional), city, property address, property type, beds/baths, occupancy status, and notes.
• Rental alerts: email and city.
• Contact: role, name, email, phone (optional), and message.
• Agent referral: your name, brokerage, email, and your client’s name and details.
• Vendor application: company, contact name, phone, email, trades, and areas served.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, payment cards, bank accounts, or consumer-report data on this website. Applications, screening, and rent payments will live on a third-party portal when we launch one.

Automatic data

The site uses a session cookie and a CSRF cookie so forms work and the site stays secure. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Our host may keep ordinary server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

We use what you send to:

• Respond to your request
• Email you a confirmation that we received it
• Call or email you about that request
• Text you, only if you opt in (see SMS below)
• Keep records of inquiries
• Operate, secure, and improve the site
• Meet legal obligations

We do not sell your information or rent our list.

SMS and mobile numbers

If you check the optional box on a form that asks for a phone number, you agree that Juniper & Doors, LLC may text you about your inquiry and our property-management services: follow-up, scheduling, and later, if you work with us, things like maintenance and application updates. We do not send marketing blasts or promotional campaigns.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to submit a form or to request a rental report.

We keep a record of SMS opt-in (the form, time, and phone number) so we can show we had consent.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Email

The confirmation you get after a form is a transactional message about that request. If we later send newsletters, those emails will identify us, include a postal address, and let you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Staff see submissions on an internal leads screen. We use Resend to send notification and confirmation emails. If we use a virtual-phone provider to call or text, that provider processes numbers and messages only to deliver those communications.

We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect people from harm.

We have not chosen a screening company, payment processor, or property-management platform yet. When we do, they will have their own policies, and we will update this page.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to ask for a copy of the marketing-lead record we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We may keep what the law requires us to keep.

Opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Marketing email, if we ever send it, will have an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

We keep lead records while we are working on your inquiry and as long as we need them for the business relationship or the law. We do not currently auto-delete old leads.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The internal leads screen is password-protected. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Changes

We will post updates on this page with a new date. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
