How do I pay rent?
Through the resident portal or app. ACH is free, card has a processor fee, and autopay is available.
Do you charge a resident benefit package?
No. No monthly add-on bundles and no convenience fees beyond what is in your lease.
When is rent late?

Is renters insurance required?
