Apply online
Each adult 18+ applies separately, at $45 per adult.
Get a decision
Usually within [1 business day]. We tell you why if the answer is no.
Sign and move in
Sign the lease online, pay the deposit, and get your move-in details.
Have these ready
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of income: recent pay stubs, an offer letter, benefits or voucher letters, or tax returns if self-employed
- Previous landlord contact information
- Pet details, and vaccination records if you have them
- A card or bank account for the application fee

- Application fee is $45 per adult, published before you apply
- We consider all lawful, verifiable sources of income
- Assistance animals are not pets and have no pet fees
- The home stays listed until a lease is signed and the deposit is paid

Can I apply before I tour?
Yes, but we recommend touring first. Application fees are not refundable once screening runs.
What if I have limited credit history?
Credit is one factor. We look at the whole picture. See the rental criteria.
What happens if I’m denied?
You get an adverse action notice naming the reason and the screening company used, as required by law.
